可以用NetCat，已经内置在Mac操作系统里了，如下
nc -zv localhost 8787 如果有如下的反馈
Connection to localhost port 8787 [tcp/msgsrvr] succeeded!说明8787端口是可用的，可以用Eclipse来调试了。
